They offer 50, 60, up to 80% off. But, is it truly a bargain?
Which Came First:
The Markdown or the Markup?
Nowadays, all kinds of stores offer jewelry at discounts so exaggerated you should probably question whether they’re true discounts.
Whenever you find a “bargain” or “discount,” ask yourself this:
- Was the Merchandise ever sold at the regular price? For how long?
- Was the “retail” price purposely inflated and then lowered to lure you into thinking you’re saving money?
There’s nothing wrong with legitimate discounts, but deceptive pricing is no bargain. So do yourself a favor, shop around.
